The four offices of Local 300, and their respective mechanical contractors’ associations work together to give the customer the best possible service. Productivity is proven to be higher and results are consistently more satisfactory with union labor. Cambridge Massachusetts’ National Bureau of Economic Research conducted a study which found union construction workers to be 31% to 51% more efficient on retail and commercial buildings than non-union workers and the United Association sets the standard when it comes to industrial projects in the United States and Canada. Local 300 is very proud of its relationship with its signatory contractors and we look forward to many more years of this mutually beneficial relationship.
